Before submitting a question, we ask that you search the database first. Many of the most common questions have already been answered, and this helps you get what you need faster.

Find An Answer

If you have a question, begin by searching the Q&A Database. Many common questions have already been answered, and searching first is the fastest way to get clarity.


There are two ways to search:

  1. Click the magnifying glass in in the top-right corner to search for answers. Type in a keyword or short phrase related to your question. Try using simple terms (for example: attendance, Paperbell, assignments, or graduation).

  2. Click on the category below that best matches your question to view answers related to that topic.

    If you’re not sure which category fits best, you can move on to step two.


Browse the existing answers to see if your question has already been addressed.Many questions include additional context or next steps that may be helpful even if your question isn’t an exact match.

If you’ve taken time to search the Q&A Database and don’t find the answer you’re looking for, you’re welcome to submit a question to our team.

We strongly encourage searching first, as many questions are already answered and this helps you get clarity more quickly. Submitting a question is best used when your situation is unique or your question hasn’t been addressed in the database.

To submit a question:

Once your question has been answered, you’ll receive an email notification with the response.

Our team responds to submitted questions within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
